Who is responsible
Kia Slovakia s.r.o., Sv. Jána Nepomuckého 1282/1, 013 01 Teplička nad Váhom, Slovakia (the "controller") organises the Kia Slovakia 20th Anniversary Celebration. ESLMC, Inc. (d/b/a eStyle) acts as data processor — event technology provider operating this website on behalf of the controller — under a data processing agreement. What we collect
Name, salutation, e-mail, phone, company and job title (from the controller's guest list and your replies); your attendance reply; and, if you choose to provide them, companions' names, flight details, hotel, airport-transfer needs, dinner participation, dietary requirements, interpretation needs and an optional photo for welcome-desk identification.
Why and on what basis
To invite you, confirm your attendance, issue your entry pass, arrange transport, accommodation and catering, and run the event safely. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in organising its anniversary event (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where you submit optional details, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Dietary information is used only for catering and treated with particular care.
Where your data is stored and who sees it
All data is stored and processed in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Sub-processors: Supabase (database and photo storage, EU), Vercel (hosting, EU region), Resend (e-mail delivery). Flight-status look-ups send only the flight number and date — no personal data. Access is limited to the controller's event team and the processor's operations staff.
How long we keep it
Until 30 days after the event, after which registrations, photos and e-mail logs are deleted. Aggregated, non-personal statistics may be retained.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, withdraw consent for optional details, or request a copy of your data at any time by writing to the contacts above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk).

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores only a technical token in your browser so that your Journey page stays open on this device; you can clear it with "sign out".
